My earlier research focused on investigating the affordances of information communication technologies in facilitating effective interactions among organizational members. Currently, I am actively involved in research on everyday human-computer interaction and human-information interaction to build literacy and competencies to enable learning, collaboration, and social exchanges for school and work and in everyday life. More specifically, my research focuses on how technological and information literacy with emerging technologies can change social and learning behaviours for the good of our society.
